All quotations provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. Our quotations are based on the site inspection and the scope of work discussed. Additional work outside this scope will be quoted separately.
Payment is due upon completion of the installation. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. A deposit may be required for large projects. Full balance is due before our team leaves the premises.
We offer a 3-year service warranty on all installations against manufacturing defects or installation failures. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, fire, flood, or external forces beyond normal use.
Our warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear; Damage caused by the customer or third parties; Damage from pests, rodents, or birds other than normal deterrent scenarios; Force majeure events; Modifications made to our installation by others.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before a scheduled visit. Late cancellations may incur a visit charge. For confirmed project bookings with deposits, cancellation terms will be specified in the project agreement.
The customer must ensure our team has safe and clear access to the work area. Any issues (locked gates, absent watchman, etc.) that delay the team may result in rescheduling charges.
The customer is responsible for clearing the work area before our team arrives. Salmon Safety Nets is not liable for any damage to personal belongings that were not cleared from the work area prior to installation.
Salmon Safety Nets liability is limited to the value of the installation contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
